Adbank Exrates was distributed via airdrop to Adbank token holders on March 1st 2018 (instead of burning extra tokens).
The Adbank token is an ERC20 standard token that completed a token sale in December 2017 and airdropped in March 2018. There was no social media or other work involved in the airdrop campaign, holders of more than 20K Adbank tokens $ADB simply received more tokens.
