Lexit: About the Platform
LEXIT is a marketplace for mergers & acquisitions, individual property trading and the buying and selling of whole businesses - all that on the blockchain.
The core of the LEXIT solution is the automated back-office legal solution generated by a system of smart contracts in a trustless way which eliminates the need for a trusted third party to oversee compliance and take a heavy legal fee.
Thanks to the cost-cutting aspect of the solution, LEXIT makes the marketplace open to smaller startups as well as larger corporations.
Some of the use cases of LEXIT:
- Startups can list and re-sell their proprietary technology solutions to gain liquidity
- Discarded startup projects can be bought up as whole
- Corporations can acquire smaller competing businesses to stay in the leading position in their industry
Preliminary company, IP or tech listing is already open at lexit.co/pre-listing.
