Centrifuge blockchain is an open decentralized operating system to globally connect active parties in supply chain. It allows even small businesses to transact in a global network, have their transaction status verified and at the same time retain all their private data. Favored by the suits, created by people from the supply chain business.
Centrifuge: About the Platform
Centrifuge is a project that leverages blockchain technology to increase effectivity in the back-office part of supply chain financing.
Supply chain financing is a way for companies to get money for customer invoices that are to be paid later - there is an interest paid for this service but in exchange the company can buy stock for their production without any interruptions.
The Centrifuge project aims to create an open-source protocol for this type of business using the Ethereum blockchain as well as private sidechains. At later stages, a marketplace of products and native apps will be added.
