Yincubator was founded in 2016, operates as partnership and specializes in management consulting and early stage investment.
They classify as micro venture capital, meaning they provide smaller seed investments ($25K - $500K) to companies that have yet to gain any traction.
Yincubator has separate strategies for their partnerships based on location. In North America they focus among others on AI, in Asia on fintech and Chinese overseas spending, in Europe on consumer goods.

This was a strategic partnership, Yincubator’s managing partner Cynthia Ding said they are interested in leveraging the KYC capabilities of traceto.io while Chye Kit Chionh, Co-Founder and CEO of traceto.io, pointed out traceto.io will gain greater access and exposure to key regional Asian markets through the highly regarded business network of Yincubator.
